DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY AS WELL?

I am able to connect you with some of the best real estate attorneys in the area. Over the years of networking and doing business with many attorneys I have formed great business relationships with a variety of law firms and can help you choose the best attorney for your situation and your property! 

I am able to find potential buyers/renters for your property by posting on multiple social media sites (Instagram and Facebook) as well as market on MLS (realtor only accessed site) as well as set up an Open House and Private Showings to showcase your home. Not only do I promote your home and find potential buyers online - I send out marketing material monthly to draw in new buyers/sellers!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRE-APPROVED & PRE-QUALIFIED?

Pre-approved is when the bank reviews your application and says they will lend you money and that you are qualified to own a home - the bank has already checked your credit score, finances, and pay stubs.

Pre-qualified is when any bank superficially looks over your application and determines you could potentially get a loan but has not fact checked any information - pre-qualified is not as serious as pre-approved.
